§ 01 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

ww567 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being obliged to provide a reason for such refusal. Registrations that cannot be verified within 30 days of account creation may be closed, with any deposited funds returned to the original payment source.

§ 03 Account Security & Responsibility

§ 04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

All deposits to and withdrawals from your ww567 account are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ww567 does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, your bank, or otherwise) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside ww567's control.

The following general payment terms apply to all ww567 accounts:

1. Minimum deposit: Rs 500 via JazzCash or EasyPaisa; Rs 1,000 via bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank).
2. Minimum withdrawal: Rs 1,000. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
3. KYC requirement: All withdrawals require completed identity verification. Unverified accounts cannot withdraw funds under any circumstances.
4. Withdrawal processing time: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 1 hour. Bank transfers are processed within 24 hours during business days. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed within 2 hours.
5. Same-method rule: ww567 reserves the right to return funds to the original deposit method. Withdrawals to a different payment method require additional verification.
6. Source of funds: All funds deposited into a ww567 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Ball-by-ball markets, session betting, and prop markets each carry their own settlement rules based on official scorer data. ww567 uses internationally recognised cricket data providers for match result confirmation.

§ 07 Casino Games & RNG Certification

All casino games offered on the ww567 platform — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and instant-win titles — are supplied by third-party game providers operating under their own gaming licences. ww567 does not develop or modify any game software. § 10 Account Suspension & Closure

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information during registration or KYC.
• Suspicious financial activity including unusual deposit/withdrawal patterns that may indicate money laundering.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to multi-accounting, coordinated bonus exploitation, or systematic low-risk wagering designed to clear bonuses with minimal variance.
• Chargebacks filed with a payment provider in relation to a ww567 deposit.
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account suspension.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormant account policy).

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the verified payment method on the account, provided that no outstanding investigation or dispute is pending. Dormant account balances are subject to a monthly maintenance fee of Rs 200 after 12 months of inactivity, in accordance with ww567's dormant account policy.

§ 11 Intellectual Property

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of the ww567 platform. ww567 will make reasonable efforts to restore service as promptly as possible but accepts no liability for losses incurred during periods of unavailability.

§ 13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the internal policies of ww567. In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the ww567 platform, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

Disputes that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days may be referred to independent arbitration. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

Nothing in this clause limits ww567's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent serious harm to the platform or other users.
